HELP NEEDED
February 27th, 2011
We are running concessions for the boys basketball sectionals at MC. Games are:
Tuesday – March 1 with a report time of 6PM
Wednesday – March 2 with a report time of 5PM. There are 2 games this night and the band is performing the National Anthem.
Friday – March 4 with a report time of 5PM. 2 games this night also.
Saturday – March 5 with a report time of 6PM. This is the final game of sectionals.
Times are subject to change. We need 11 individuals working Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with 5 of those 11 being adults. Saturday, 8 individuals with 4 adults are needed. Some people have signed up via Facebook. Please sign up for your evening via FB or email. Monday evening, I will post the work schedule that I have available. In advance, thank you for your help.

GREAT PERFORMANCES FOR GUARD & PERCUSSION
February 27th, 2011
Saturday, February 25, the guard traveled to Anderson Highland Junior High School to compete against 19 other guards in their class. The guard improved their score to a 74.2 missing gold by .8. They had a 4th place finish! Outstanding job ladies from your hard work. You have one week left. Time + Dedication – all the drama = SUCCESS! Information on next week’s contest will be posted when it becomes available. We are planning a dinner out after the performance. The boosters will pay $5 for each member towards their dinner. Location to be determined on who will reserve room for us.
The same Saturday, the winter percussion traveled to Mt. Vernon High School in Fortville. The group had their best performance EVER which yielded a 6th place finish against 10 schools. The kids were the best in every way, shape and form that this group has ever been. Next Saturday is a break for percussion, then preliminaries on the 12th to qualify for state finals on March 19.
Take the time to come support all of these groups! Check back Tuesday evening for the guard schedule and next Tuesday evening for the percussion schedule!

OFF TO A GREAT START!

The winter guard competed at Heritage HS on Saturday, 2/12/2011 and placed 3rd of 19 groups. Kelly & Tasha are absolutely amazing in their ability to build our guard in quality. Thank you ladies!

WINTER GUARD – HERITAGE CONTEST – 2/12/2011

Guard members will receive their schedule for Saturday’s Heritage contest at guard rehearsal tonight (Monday, 2/7/2011). Show shirts will also be distributed. Payment is due by Saturday for EXTRA shirts. Contest information will also be posted here some time Tuesday.
